Technical Requirements & Operations Associate
Act as the vital link between our business goals and technical engineering. Translate product vision, manage developer tasks, perform QA control, and gain deep on-the-job training.
About the Role

Validation Audits
Test and verify new software builds against original specs to ensure they function exactly as intended.
Documentation Proofs
Proofread, structure, and refine client-facing templates, manuals, and internal requirements with extreme detail.
Daily Communication
Sync daily with project managers to log bugs, refine backlogs, and keep developers aligned on priorities.
